Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Property Manager to join a dynamic team, working Monday to Friday in a bright, modern office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio while delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong client relationships.Overseeing a local portfolio of approximately 80 commercial and 50 residential properties Full end-to-end management, including leasing and strategic portfolio oversight Building and expanding the rent roll through proactive relationship management Acting as the key liaison between tenants and landlords, ensuring seamless communication and service The Candidate: Proven experience in Commercial Property Management is essential Valid Certificate of Registration, own car & a current driver’s license Polished, professional presentation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in client interactions Preferred experience with Property Tree/REI for seamless portfolio management Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end commercial and residential portfolio management To Apply: Please callVanessa Necovski on0401 744 636 for more information or email your CV to .
