The Role: Working Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support. You will be determined to provide a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service that is second to none. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Manage a pristine portfolio made up of 170 properties Liaising with owners & tenants Attending to any repairs and maintenance Conducting outgoing inspections Arrears Control Issuing breach notices as required What We're Looking For: To excel in this position, previous Property Management experience is a must, and a COR qualification is required.
