Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and has no intentions of slowing down. Ideally you will have: 2 – 3 years’ experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel. A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's. Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast-paced environment. Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports. Planning and organisational skills. Training and development skills. The ability to set clear direction and follow up.
