Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team across the designated region to achieve outstanding results. Analyse performance reports to inform strategic decisions that drive business growth and enhance store operations. Demonstrate a proven track record in fostering a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Exhibit strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential. Showcase excellent multitasking and time management skills to efficiently handle daily operations. Actively engage with your team on the shop floor, leading by example and promoting a collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ideally you will have: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing up to 10 stores, preferably within the fashion and apparel sector.
