Education and Training CPD Full Time, Permanent 26/2/2025 Full Time / Permanent opportunity located anywhere in Australia Flexible work arrangements, 17.5% annual leave loading, 14% Super + additional paid leave over Christmas Leading National Health and Education member-based organisation About the role As our CPD Product Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering RACGP’s CPD strategy by developing CPD products and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the CPD Product Lead, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage major CPD Provider relationships, create valuable CPD resources, and drive effective communication.As our CPD Product coordinator, you'll also: Coordinate the creation of CPD activities and solutions aligned with RACGP’s strategic direction, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Strengthen relationships with Major CPD Providers, ensuring their needs are met and partnership benefits are realized, while fostering collaboration with key internal CPD product owners. Collect and analyse CPD data to inform team decisions, enhance initiatives, and align engagement strategies with member needs. Drive CPD-related communications, including newsletters and strategic updates, while supporting branding, messaging, and process enhancements. Skills & Experience Higher education qualification in education, project management, health, or science, with experience in CPD, GP education, or adult learning program coordination. Proven ability to develop and enhance commercial relationships, engage with multiple stakeholders, and drive meaningful outcomes. Strong skills in project coordination, communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to analyse data, support decision-making, and drive ongoing improvements in CPD programs, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Why Join Us?
