Job Description

Hobson Prior is seeking a CQV Engineer specializing in filling equipment for a contract role in Australia. This position focuses on commissioning and troubleshooting filling lines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The role requires setting up machine parameters and developing cycles for sterilization processes. The successful candidate will manage qualification and testing plans, ensuring all equipment meets technical standards. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Help start and troubleshoot filling line equipment. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance. Develop sterilization cycles. Manage and execute equipment testing and qualification plans. Create and verify protocols for equipment installation and operation. Develop project plans for new site implementations. Analyze processes to identify risks. Create maintenance and calibration plans. Calibrate both automatic and manual devices. Key Skills and Requirements: Degree in a technical field such as engineering or biotechnology. Familiarity with equipment testing and qualification processes. Understanding of filling and finishing lines. Strong ethics, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
