About the role The Customer Relationship Manager Product Owner (CRM PO) plays a critical role in ensuring the Australian Red Cross Marketing Technology (MarTech) supports our organisation’s customer-driven focus now and into the future. Overseeing the management of the end-to-end Australian Red Cross MarTech stack, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the intersection of technology, digital marketing & customer journey insights to help achieve the vision for a single view of our complex customer mix. The Product Owner is focused on developing and delivering a prioritised roadmap delivering optimised improvements as well as scoping future requirements for new features to further enhance our MarTech stack, as well as driving internal adoption and building greater understanding of customer insights. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to demonstrate ‘one voice of the business’ to the IT Platform Owners to ensure they can successfully deliver business objectives. About you You have comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience in MarTech stack cloud-based platform management (ideally MS D365/ Dynamics) in a significantly complex, multi-stakeholder business. Contemporary understanding of leading practice of MarTech setups, configurations, integrations and their purposes from a business angle. Excellent understanding of privacy laws, compliance and upcoming regulations to ensure compliant data and consent handling in the MarTech stack. Proven success in collaborating with IT departments to achieve shared goals. Ability to review and consult effectively on system change initiatives and engage with key stakeholders across all levels including senior leaders. Comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience in working with MarTech policies and frameworks in complex organisations, with the ability to provide basic interpretation and advice. You hold a high level of discipline knowledge and expertise in relationship building and management skills and the ability to drive clear decisions with competing stakeholders and priorities. You demonstrate authentic leadership aligned to strategy and values consistently role modelling a culture of collaboration, problem solving and goal achievement aligned to strategy.
