We're looking for a CRM Specialist (Marketing Automation) to craft the most relevant and engaging emails our customers have ever received. In this role, you’ll identify opportunities to elevate our email automation program ensuring customers and subscribers receive personalized, meaningful communications at just the right moments through their customer journey. Diving deeper into the role, you’ll develop and refine email automation strategies while being committed to continuously expanding your technical skills to stay ahead of the industry trends. You’ll create and maintain detailed documentation for marketing automation processes for knowledge sharing across the wider CRM team. Always looking for ways to improve, you’ll be proactive in reviewing existing workflows and introducing new strategies. Collaboration is vital, as you’ll partner with cross-functional teams across the business to design and implement email automation solutions. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Melbourne, Australia. Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business. 3+ years’ experience in an Email and Automation Specialist or similar role. Proven experience implementing successful email automation programmes. Experience with enterprise-level software, such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and SQL for email development. Strong understanding of email automation strategy and lead management throughout the customer journey.
