CRM System Architect & Implementation Specialist Since 2018, Motii has been on a mission to empower small and medium-sized businesses to unlock the full potential of their sales and CRM solutions, particularly Pipedrive CRM and monday.com. We are now on the lookout for a CRM System Architect and Implementation Specialist to join the team and focus on our Australian market (AEST). In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our clients' success, designing and implementing customised CRM systems that drive efficiency, growth, and innovation. Your Mission: Architect, Integrate, and Innovate! Conduct thorough discovery calls, gather requirements, and meticulously document client needs. Lead engaging software demonstrations and manage follow-up activities. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive support. Conduct meetings via web based video software, utilising camera, screenshare and screen management. Expertly demo and implement Pipedrive, monday.com, and other software solutions for Motii clients. Lead monday.com implementation projects, creating clear roadmaps and delivering weekly progress reports. Translate client business goals into optimised monday.com workflows. Deliver engaging training sessions, empowering clients to confidently use their CRM systems. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, and to client satisfaction. Collaborate seamlessly with development, automation, and testing teams to ensure project success. Effectively communicate client requirements to internal teams. Engage in continuous discovery to identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion revenue. Maintain accurate CRM and data records. Generate monthly KPI reports and provide actionable insights. Stay up to date with product changes, and maintain a strong product knowledge. Actively listen to clients, and provide fast and accurate advice. Commit to ongoing on-the-job training and professional development. Capability to learn new systems and understand multiple industry platforms. Your Arsenal of Skills: Strong understanding of Pipedrive, monday.com and/or other CRM/Project Management systems. Proven experience in CRM implementation and integration. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques (a plus). Familiarity with data migration and database management. Experience with lead management and sales processes. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are a plus.
