Your New Role: This role is advertised as a CX Business Analyst to attract the right candidates; however, within the business, this role is titled Customer Experience Lead . You will be instrumental in mapping and refining customer interactions from the outset, ensuring that every touchpoint is optimised for maximum impact. Your New Responsibilities: Map detailed customer journeys and interactions to identify critical needs, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement. Engage in client workshops and support Agile product development with a focus on customer-centricity and continuous improvement . Use your Figma expertise to collaborate with designers and enhance user interface designs that align with strategic business goals. Leverage LivedCX’s Gen-AI insights to continuously refine and optimise customer experience strategies. What We’re Looking For: The Must-Haves: Proficiency in Figma and experience in business analysis. Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer experience, business analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with a creative and analytical approach. Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on understanding and prioritising customer needs.
