About the Role: A career change opportunity like this doesn’t come along very often. BUMA Australia is seeking candidates for Mine Surveying Cadetships. We are going to be hiring the right people, and then fully training and educating them. About You: The ideal candidate: Strong work ethic A team player willing to work in remote locations High spatial awareness Willingness to study either an Associate Degree or a Bachelor Degree in Spatial Science An interest in technology, particularly drones These positions will be offered on a full time, permanent basis and you will be transferred between sites to enhance learning opportunities. Initial rotations will be either at Goonyella or Blackwater. Further rotations to our other sites will take place over the course of the Cadetship program, which will take approximately 3 years.
