Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Café/Restaurant Managers.Role Summary Efficiently manage all daily operations of our Café/Restaurant.Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To: Leading our teams to provide exceptional customer service at our Café/Restaurant. Working with casual, part time or permanent employees on their food handling and customer service skills. Opening, closing and operating the Café/Restaurant in line with our trading hours. Assisting the Management team to maximise sales by performing all tasks with care. Housekeeping tasks may include refilling packaging, utensils and ingredients in the Café/Restaurant. Assist with stocktake and rotation of products. Able to consistently work with a high degree of quality customer service. Safety Responsibilities: To work safely at all times, following all instructions and directions provided. Report any issues/incidents to the Retail Store Manager immediately. Be responsible for the safety of our staff and customers in your day-to-day tasks. Stock Control: Ensure tasks are correctly carried out for product rotation and quality control. Handle stock carefully and correctly at all times. Communicate product knowledge to our customers. Customer Service: Communicate showing respect at all times for fellow workers and our customers. Be warm, friendly and helpful in all staff and customer interactions. Ask for help when needed to improve product knowledge and customer service. Salary: The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $80,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.About The Company: The Bunbury Farmers Market is Australia's leading independent Fresh Food Retailer.
