WED TO SUN - 6.30AM TO 2.30PM Broken Head Holiday Park, owned by Bundjalung of Byron Bay Aboriginal Corporation (Arakwal) RNTBC (BOBBAC), has a large cafe food truck - Aunties Cafe that serves great food and native bush tucker flavorings for breakfast and lunch. We are looking for an experienced Chef to run the kitchen operations of our well-fitted food van, located right in front of the ocean at Broken Head. Join our team at the Holiday Park with this exciting Cafe and picturesque view. We want you to be part of the team and offer our guests and tourists a great experience. We are looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, passionate, and hardworking, who can lead the kitchen operations and create a great work environment, producing high-quality café food with a nod to native ingredients and bush tucker. The position involves day shifts only, offering a great lifestyle and an amazing, unique opportunity to create something special. Aunties Café is situated in one of the most beautiful locations on the North Coast and we believe it will be bustling with patrons. The right candidate will have: A strong passion for providing excellent customer service and showcasing their managerial skills and cooking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals and teams. The ability to work effectively to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and food. Experience in ordering and stock control. Experience in the induction and training of new staff. Ability to conduct end-of-day reporting to management. Our venue will be open 5 days a week until 2pm, and the successful candidate will be required to work weekends on a 5-day roster. We want to hear from you! IMMEDIATE START!!
