Churches of Christ is looking for a dynamic Campus Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and build strong community connections at our Little Mountain campus. This is your chance to manage a multi-service facility that includes One Table Cafe, Aquatic Centre, and Auditorium - all while ensuring excellence in service delivery and alignment with our mission. What You’ll Be Doing: Operational Leadership: Oversee campus operations, ensuring all services run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with strategic objectives. Team Management: Lead and support a team across hospitality, facilities, and community engagement, fostering a strong, mission-driven culture. Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local partners, residents, and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Strategic Development: Identify growth opportunities, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage budgets to achieve financial targets. Facility & Service Oversight: Ensure the café, aquatic centre, and function spaces operate effectively and meet community needs. What You’ll Bring: Proven leadership experience in facilities, business, hospitality, or community management. Strong ability to manage teams, operations, and stakeholder relationships. A passion for community development and mission-driven service. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Qualification in Facilities Management/Business or relevant qualification. Demonstrated experience in facility or business management in one or more of the areas of aquatics, hospitality, events/functions. Experience in drafting and implementing strategic plans and aligning culture and activity to missional and strategic outcomes. Current driver’s licence. Previous experience with a not-for-profit organisation. Possess a current National Police Certificate, Working for Children (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check – or ability to acquire.
