About the job Capability Architect 5G, Edge and IOT Job Description for Capability Architect 5G, Edge and IOT in Sydney. Education level, knowledge and work/industry experience: At least 5 years experience in successful architecting and delivery of complex, integrated IT Solutions in Telecommunications & ICT. Minimum of 5 years developing and implementing complex ICT solution across multiple ICT disciplines. Understanding of process and procedures in the delivery and day 2 operations of a managed services offering. Experience in delivering product and solutions capability to enable a managed service outcome. Understanding of the unique requirements for Enterprise and Government customer use of leading-edge ICT technologies. Knowledge of infrastructure components, Software defined X services, virtualization & Cloud technologies, middleware and Operational support systems. Proven track record of building multitenant ecosystems around aaS offerings. Experience in leading a team of technical SMEs. Experience in relationship management at the executive level. Skilled in matrix management & virtual teaming with a strong ability to motivate staff & collaborate with other members of the management team. Ability to identify and navigate complex organizational and political structures. Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving skills. High levels of personal commitment and willingness to accept responsibility for one's own actions. Becomes involved in business decision-making processes.
