We have an exciting opportunity at nbn , as a Capability Building & Communications Delivery Specialist reporting to the General Manager, Transformation & Demand Management. A bit about your role The Capability Building & Communications Delivery Specialist in the Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of learning and development (L&D) and change and communication programs to enhance data and analytics (D&A) capabilities, literacy, and competencies within nbn. Key tasks include assessing training needs, developing tailored training programs, creating AI and Data Academy content, delivering workshops, and managing communication programs to promote a data-driven culture. The role also involves tracking program effectiveness and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including the GM Transformation & Demand Management, SM Communications & Capability Building, and the Enterprise Change and Comms team. A bit about you The role requires strong communication and influencing skills, planning and organizing abilities, and experience in program and project management. Key competencies include value tracking, customer satisfaction focus, and proficiency in instructional design and data analysis. Expertise in developing upskilling programs or management consulting in data and technology is required. Preferred skills include commercial acumen, product development, and innovation in learning and skills development, especially within a tech environment. Experience in adult learning theory, course facilitation, human performance improvement, and knowledge management is beneficial, as is experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role demands strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as executive writing skills and the ability to create and contribute to presentations and summaries for executives.
