Principal Communications Officer - Capability - Central Office This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications officer to join the Education Futures Institute, Capability branch, in the Queensland Department of Education. The ideal applicant will hold experience in a wide array of corporate communications. The Principal Communications Officer role will lead and support the operations of a multidisciplinary communications and design team. Your Role The Principal Communications Officer: oversees the development communications and planning to support the implementation of the Education Futures Institute and related programs and initiatives leads the program of work comprising the development of strategic communications, graphic design, development key resources, materials and collateral; works collaboratively with stakeholders and staff to develop high-quality communication materials; and provides high level advice and support to senior officers and contributes to the development of effective communications aligned to branch objectives.
