Capital Integrator Critical member of the Finance Business Partner team who will help deliver the prioritised 5 year sustaining capital portfolio Work closely with project teams to align strategic goals Permanent full-time Perth based roles The Role We are recruiting Capital Integrators , who will act as independent sustaining capital project pre-screeners, be responsible for project and CPMS data quality and who will work with technical experts to drive a business wide prioritised sustaining capital portfolio. These roles will assist to align the 5-year capital plans to RTIO priorities and strategy. Reporting to the Manager Planning and Reporting, you will be responsible for: Managing the coordination of a broad stakeholder group to enable the delivery of RTIO’s prioritised 5 year sustaining capital portfolio. Understand key drivers underpinning each investment category to ensure that the prioritisation process provides an aligned view of risk and opportunities across all the investment categories. Ensure that the prioritised portfolio aligns to RTIO’s strategic goals. Foster and maintain key relationships with Technical Leads and Business Analysis to enable collaboration & sharing of capital outcomes across RTIO. Own the engagement with project initiators (Capital Coordinators, Technical Leads and SusCap Portfolio Management) in the pre-screening process. Accountable for challenging assumptions and quality of all project data submitted to enable the development of an integrated prioritised 5-year sustaining capital portfolio. Contribute to the development of business, commercial, and financial acumen among all sustaining capital stakeholders. Provide coaching on all aspects of the process. Provide regular communication on key changes, deliverables and outcomes to broad stakeholder group. Facilitate and coordinate lessons learned discussion across RTIO sustaining capital ensuring effective communication of successes and proposed improvements in capital planning and prioritisation. What you’ll bring Capability to align project objectives with overall strategic goals and challenge accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. Requires strong influencing skills. Detail oriented, ability to manage large data sets, analyse and distil information into a concise message. Excellent understanding of how business risk drives sustaining capital prioritisation. Excellent analysis & presentation skills to support ongoing financial scenario modelling and targeted reporting (both scheduled & ad-hoc). Strong influencing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It will also be beneficial if you have CPMS literacy and Power BI knowledge.
