The opportunity The Boeing MQ-28 Ghost Bat is a globally significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage to support Defence operational capabilities. As we continue to accelerate the development program and expand the aircraft flight envelope through the test program, we are seeking the very best talent from a diverse range of backgrounds to help grow and contribute to our innovative team. Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are looking for a Trade Controls Integrator to join the MQ-28 Program. As the Trade Controls Integrator you will deliver strategic guidance to posture for international growth and enhance the MQ-28 Program's trade compliance efficiency. This role is based in Brisbane and reports into the MQ-28 Program Integration Office. Key responsibilities: Provide operational guidance on a variety of regulatory export and trade compliance requirements, including program specific obligations under relevant authorizations for controlled technologies, including technical data, defence articles, and defence services. Provide reporting and governance related to export progress, issues and risks and integration with the MQ-28 program. In partnership with GTC and Contracts functions, plan and conduct compliance assessments and develop processes to expedite the export of MQ-28. Identify opportunities and implement practices to increase the program's overall export plans and other improvement opportunities. Develop and deliver program specific trade compliance education and training. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience: Knowledge of or exposure to global trade control (ITAR) practices and Defence Contracting practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect within MQ-28 Team and foster collaboration. Experience working in Defence acquisition projects and demonstrated experience in Project Management. Formal Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management qualifications is desired; however, prior experience will be considered. Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders. Focus on process definition and compliance with attention to detail. Applicants must be Australian Citizens and possess or be capable of obtaining and willing to obtain and maintain, an NV1 Security Clearance.
