ABOUT THE ROLE Full-Time Permanent Position Location: Kingswood NSW Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM – 5PM Free Parking The Car Park Manager will lead a team in the Kingswood area, driving customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Working closely with key stakeholders and the Area Operations Manager and Portfolio Manager, this role is essential in maintaining high service standards and ensuring seamless daily operations. You will oversee site performance, employee engagement, and client satisfaction while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. As a visible leader, you will provide clear direction and hands-on management to ensure high-level performance across the operation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Car Park Performance Identify and troubleshoot operational gaps. Ensure site performance and presentation meet contractual and budgetary obligations. Monitor contractor performance and implement action plans to address non-compliance. Optimize car park equipment and bay utilization, including managing overflow parking. Customer Experience Provide timely customer support via email, phone, and in person. Assist staff users with account setup, maintenance, and usage. Actively liaise with customer support teams to enhance the customer experience. Leadership Support Assist with defining reporting structures and setting clear objectives for staff. Help plan and organize staffing and resources for day-to-day operations and busier periods. Provide clear communication and direction on directives and priority actions. Ensure HSE compliance, Code of Conduct adherence, and professional presentation standards. Identify and communicate training requirements for field staff. Reporting Assist the Car Park Manager with regular reporting and performance analysis. Report hazards, incidents, and vehicle security risks promptly. Advise on potential OH&S issues and future infrastructure requirements. ABOUT YOU Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Proven ability to lead and manage a small team effectively. Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. High-level administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Basic computer literacy and technical competency. Qualifications Valid Class C Driver’s License.
