Caravan Park Manager / Management Couple - Regional South Australia We are seeking an experienced Caravan Park Manager / Management Couple for this busy tourist park located in Regional South Australia.The successful candidate/s will have excellent people skills, great overall management skills with the ability to oversee all aspects of the park in a hands-on capacity. The role also includes hands-on work outdoors maintaining the grounds and facilities.Located in a friendly, welcoming seaside community, the park caters to travellers passing through the region. Spend days off exploring the beauty of the area, visiting the local beaches and enjoying local fishing.Commence: early-Mid March commencementPackage: $140,000 per annum - Combined Couple Free Accommodation Utilities Included Duties: Day-to-day management of all aspects of the park in a hands-on capacity Supervision of up to 4 casual cleaning staff including staff training, rosters, and timesheets General administration duties for back of house - Banking and park administration duties General reception duties - guest arrivals, departures, and reservations Hands-on grounds work ensuring the immaculate presentation of the park including watering, mowing, whippersnipping, and common areas cleaning Assist with public area cleaning and housekeeping Offer excellence in customer service Other duties as required Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred Must have excellent customer service experience Willing to work across all areas of the business Must have a driver’s license Able to supply excellent references and current police clearance Additional Information: Local schools and medical facilities Casual work available for a partner in housekeeping / office Telstra mobile coverage available #J-18808-Ljbffr
