$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 Year $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging Contract Type : Permanent / Full Time Location : Toowoomba & Darling Downs The Role Within the medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located near Stanthorpe, QLD, the Care Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards and providing leadership to the healthcare team. Responsibilities Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner Implement and maintain a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards Provide professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and foster effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders Key Candidate Requirements Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role Candidate Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for clinical excellence Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Benefits $120,000 + Super + Salary packaging 3 months free accommodation followed by subsidised options Supportive and dedicated team Recognition and rewards program & employee discounts If this sounds like you, email Candice at or click "Apply Now".
