This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/ Grade 5), you will thrive being on the floor providing hands-on care alongside a high performing team who excel in providing quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones. What you’ll be doing: Provide comprehensive nursing with an individualised, person-centred approach. Manage medication and wound care. Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies. Contribute to continuous clinical improvement to deliver excellence in care. Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner. Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented. Assist with clinical education and competency of staff. Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture. Hours of Work: Onsite. Monday to Friday. 0700 – 1515 (or variation depending on operational needs). Things that matter to us: Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role. Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. Current registration with AHPRA. NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance). Eligibility to work in Australia.
