The Role: The Care Services Manager – Ovens Murray is responsible for the overall management of the Care Services Program in Ovens Murray; informing and leading the strategic direction of the service, and ensuring the provision of high-quality residential care services, inclusive of care models and practices that reflect the agency’s values within Continued Care Residential Care Houses. Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, including Social Work or Psychology, paired with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the management and supervision of staff. Proven ability to provide supervision, leadership, and direction from a sound theoretical knowledge. Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services. An understanding of key Department of Families, Fairness and Families policy directions and their impact on the community.
