We've got a real opportunity here for a proven leader to join AnglicareSA, to assume operational and management leadership of our Residential Aged Care site in Westbourne Park. As the Residential Services Manager, your extensive leadership experience and strong business acumen will be highly valued. In this role, you will oversee operational management, quality and risk management, and people leadership – all with resident care at the centre. Key Responsibilities: Resident Care: Empower residents and families, support An-ACC assessment submissions, and manage complaints and feedback. People Leadership and Teamwork: Live our values, embed them in service delivery, and lead a culture of high performance, learning, and accountability. Operational Management: Ensure effective and efficient delivery of services that meet certification and accreditation standards. Quality and Risk Management: Oversee quality audit process, ensuring compliance, critical analysis, and continuous improvement. Strategy and Innovation: Develop, implement, and evaluate new initiatives based on research and best practice, and seek opportunities to contribute to our reputation as a provider of choice and innovation. What do you need to bring? Leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary service delivery framework. Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on people management and customer relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and challenges applicable to residential aged care services. Strong business acumen, including experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and analysis. Proven ability to develop operational plans that consider risk, budgetary requirements, business development, and organisational needs.
