About the role A.B & Co Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Site Manager to join our team in our Melbourne-based operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of carpentry and general labour tasks to support our demolition and construction projects. The Role Performing a range of carpentry duties including framing and finishing works Experience with Plastering and Painting Interpreting blueprints and plans to ensure work is completed to specification Maintaining a safe and organised work environment Collaborating with the broader construction team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard What we are looking for Formal carpentry qualification or equivalent experience in the construction industry Strong practical skills and the ability to work with a range of hand and power tools Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work night shift Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements What we offer At A.B & Co Industries, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
