Join to apply for the Case Manager, Client Advocacy Support role at Anglicare WA 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join a values driven, life friendly organisation Part time (0.6FTE), maximum term opportunity until February 2027 Additional leave and ability to purchase leave Introduction: Join our Child Sexual Abuse Therapy Service (CSATS) where you will review all referrals, complete intake and assessment and determine eligibility for the service. You will provide a case management service to the children and/or their families while they are on the waitlist to receive a therapeutic service. This includes making referrals to additional support services, completing a risk assessment/safety planning, identifying and addressing barriers to attaining goals. You will also have the added scope of providing brief intervention counselling support to families as needed. Work alongside passionate and dedicated professionals in a client centred environment where you can deliver impactful clinical services. This part time role (0.6 FTE) until February 2027 includes flexible and life friendly work options to help you balance work around life. Skills and Experiences: What You Will Bring: You will bring your patient and empathetic nature alongside experience in delivering person centred, trauma informed services that are culturally appropriate. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant tertiary qualification Knowledge and experience supporting children/adults who have experienced/been impacted by sexual abuse. Significant experience in completing intake and assessments Counselling experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting Exceptional interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation Benefits: Sharing your knowledge, skills and experience, you will make an impact to the lives of families and communities across the state.
