About the Role: As a Case Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering young lives within our Home Based Care team. You'll be making a real difference each day—helping children and young people in out-of-home care through hands-on support in practical, social, and recreational activities. Working from a trauma-informed perspective, you’ll build trusted, meaningful connections with young people who may be experiencing the challenges of leaving home for the first time or facing homelessness. With empathy, insight, and professionalism, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to making a lasting impact, while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality. Do your skills include: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the appropriate legislation, case management practice, and the ability to adhere to policy and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to demonstrate experience in liaising with a diverse range of clients. Ability to assist in the development and implementation of programs and group activities that enhance the lives of children and young people. Demonstrated ability to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people whilst engaged in activities. Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and standards, case management practices and policies. Are your credentials: A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent (Qualifications must be approved by recognised professional bodies: ie. AASW, Community Services Council, APS etc.) A current Drivers Licence.
