Job Overview Newly created position to work closely with the client’s Key Worker (Case Manager) and the Team Leader in planning and delivering the support activities for the client. We are looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our AFPRR program, making a real-life difference in the lives of Aboriginal children and families involved in the child protection system. This role has the crucial responsibility of providing care services to clients receiving TCP support, focusing on reducing the number of children and young people residing in residential care, particularly Aboriginal children. The role will work closely with the parent/carer, family unit, key partners, and stakeholders to provide an integrated response to address the identified support needs of Aboriginal children and families. The Case Manager supports Aboriginal families, providing integrated, culturally informed, and empowering family services. Position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: DandenongSalary: $85,120.36 - $91,586.56 Plus Super & Benefits This role will work in partnership with child protection to ensure the rights and best interests of Aboriginal children are upheld and maintained. Looking for an experienced case manager to join our Family Services team who are committed to making a difference in the community. The ALCC is an early intervention program designed to divert Aboriginal families away from the Child Protection system and into culturally safe supports. Support Aboriginal children in out-of-home care by strengthening cultural connections and empowering family-led decisions. This position is responsible for providing 1:1 case management and group interventions for men who have perpetrated family violence, addressing anger management and cultural healing. This role involves case management and working with children and young people residing in residential care. An opportunity in a leadership position with a purpose-led organisation. The positions will also support carers to gain a better understanding of the cultural supports and services in the area, building better connections for the children in the community. This position will provide 1:1 trauma-informed assessment, counselling, and group work to Aboriginal women, children, adolescents, and their families who are impacted by or have experienced family violence. The role will be based at the VACCA Wangaratta office and support the implementation and management of the Nugel program within the Ovens Murray region. Oversees family violence programs, ensuring culturally safe support, strong partnerships, and effective services. The Program Manager’s role is part of the East VACCA area leadership group responsible for leadership oversight across the two TOD hubs based in Box Hill and Croydon. The Senior Manager leads BDSI, overseeing funding, program design, engagement, and managing up to six Project Officers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
