Your duties will include (but not limited to): Provide dietetic services within all ward areas of the Hospital, including inpatients, day program, outpatients and NDIS patients Work in close liaison with the Food Services Department Deliver nutritional related patient education in both 1:1 and group settings Effectively provide assistance and support to the relevant Manager/s in the effective delivery of dietetic services within the Hospital Have demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team Skills and Experience The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving capabilities Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage a diverse case load Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team High standard of customer service and a team approach Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice Flexible, positive approach to work Membership with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia (Desirable) Remuneration On offer is hourly base salary ranging from $38.26 - $55.42 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
