Join Our Team as a Casual Online Invigilator! Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about upholding integrity in online exams? Position: Casual Remote Online Invigilator Location: On-site at our York Street office, Sydney (Closest Train & Light Rail station: Wynyard) Training Period: Late March 2025 (Mandatory paid training) Exam Period: Early April 2025 Why Join CampusQ? Our user-friendly remote proctoring platform is intuitive and easy to learn, making it simple for new invigilators to get up to speed. You'll gain valuable experience, work in a vibrant and supportive team, and receive ongoing training to enhance your skills. What You’ll Do: Monitor online exams via live video and audio streams Verify candidate identities and enforce exam rules Respond to candidate queries and ensure a seamless exam process Maintain detailed logs of incidents or rule breaches Prepare official reports and document any irregularities or breaches of exam rules Ensure a professional and fair exam environment Collaborate with technical teams and supervisors for issue resolution Who We’re Looking For: Strong technical proficiency and ability to problem solve on the spot Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in exam invigilation or a similar role is highly regarded Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain professional, calm, and composed under pressure A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and a service-oriented approach A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Perks of the Role: Hands-on experience in online exam proctoring A friendly and supportive team environment Ongoing training to keep your skills sharp No set hours or days—work on an as-needed basis, giving you freedom and flexibility Flexible daytime and evening shift opportunities How to Apply: To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to with the subject line “Casual Online Invigilator Application – (Your Name)”.
