Job Description CASUAL Computer-based Exam Invigilator Looking for bright, friendly, and professional casual staff for computer-based English Language tests in the Perth CBD. All training will be provided. New staff are needed to cover weekday sessions; other sessions may be available too. There is no fixed roster, although we do our best to provide regular sessions. Session times are either 3.25 hrs or 3.5 hrs long: Mon – Fri 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, 12:45 pm to 4:00 pm, 4:45 pm to 8:00 pm. Sat & Sun 7:45 am to 11:15 am, 11:45 am to 3:00 pm, 3:30 pm to 6:45 pm. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Ability to adhere to test day regulations and procedures Sound working knowledge of English Ability to maintain confidentiality of both test procedures and candidate information Professional presentation Sound customer service and interpersonal skills Understanding of de-escalation techniques Awareness and understanding of cultural issues Right to work in Australia Eligibility for Blue Card (Working with Children) Current or previous certification as Pearson TA and/or TOEFL iBT TCA Experience as an invigilator or supervisor of formal exams How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter addressing all criteria and include 2 professional referees.
