Service: Integrated Mental Health Inpatient Unit (Whyalla) Whyalla Hospital features an Integrated Mental Health Inpatient Unit (IMHIU) with six single bedrooms and a comfortably furnished dining and lounge area, making the environment welcoming. The service includes a full-time psychiatrist, benefiting all mental health consumers in the region. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse , you'll deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. You'll provide individual and family therapy, group programs, health promotion, and community development while growing your skills through continuous professional development. As an Enrolled Nurse , you will support the delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented services within the Mental Health service. You will provide integrated care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings under the guidance of an experienced clinician. About You: RN/M1 Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate. Be enrolled and/or willing to enrol in further postgraduate studies within Mental Health practice. Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards. Experience working with Aboriginal consumers. ENC/END Must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate. Experience in the provision of nursing care in the mental healthcare setting. Experience working with Aboriginal consumers.
