Your New Role As a Casual Paramedic , you’ll provide essential event medical standby services across Sydney, Central Coast, and the Illawarra region , supporting events like NRL games and harness racing. You’ll also be required to support NEPT services when needed, offering you a dynamic and varied role. Shifts will include a mix of day and night work , with the potential for overnight stays based on event locations and schedules. It’s a flexible and exciting opportunity where your skills and adaptability will truly shine. What You Can Expect Event Medical Standby & NEPT: You’ll be involved in event medical standby services, including for high-profile events like the NRL, with occasional NEPT duties when required. Variety in Shifts: Enjoy a mix of day and night shifts , with the possibility of overnight stays based on event requirements. Regional Coverage: Work across Sydney, Central Coast, and Illawarra, supporting a wide range of events and transport services. Safety First: Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in top condition, ready for deployment at a moment’s notice. Attention to Detail: Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining accurate and confidential records. What You’ll Bring Experience in Pre-Hospital Care: Previous experience in paramedicine and event medical standby is highly valued. Unconditional AHPRA Registration as a paramedic. Compliance Ready: Working With Children Check and National Police Check (within the past 6 months). Clean driving record and unrestricted driver’s license. First Aid/CPR certification and mask fit certificate. Full Category A immunizations, including an annual flu shot. Light Rigid (LR) license preferred—or willingness to obtain one. Why Choose Us?
