About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Manager & Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers a combination of restaurant supervision and offsite event management, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all our guests. Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Supervisor: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant during lunch, tapas, and dinner services. Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service while managing a team of waitstaff to ensure smooth service. Catering Manager: Manage and coordinate offsite events including conferences, weddings, and corporate functions. Lead event teams to ensure flawless service from start to finish, working closely with the General Manager to execute each event to the highest standard. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring that all service standards are met and guests receive a memorable dining experience. Staff Training & Development: Support in training new team members and maintaining high service standards across all shifts. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and deliver events with attention to detail. A passion for Australian cuisine and delivering exceptional customer service. Driver's license is required. Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings. Ability to work both in the restaurant and offsite events. Trading Hours: Lunch: Monday - Saturday: 11:30am - 3:00pm Tapas: Monday - Saturday: 3:00pm - 5:30pm Dinner: Monday - Saturday: 5:30pm - 9:00pm This is a full-time role, with a 5-day work week, offering a mix of restaurant shifts and offsite event management.
