About The Role: Supporting the Cellar Door Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and growing our Friends of McGuigan & Tempus Two Club Memberships. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by mentoring a motivated team and bringing your enthusiasm for wine and hospitality to life. Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, your key duties will include: Lead, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve team goals. Execute business plans to drive sales and membership acquisition targets. Handle administrative tasks, including cash management and banking. Ensure RSA compliance at all times. Represent AV brands at events to boost awareness and sales. Develop and maintain SOPs for seamless Cellar Door operations. Support the Cellar Door Manager in monitoring performance and KPIs. Deliver educational product presentations to engage customers. Contribute to annual events and explore new business opportunities, including etching services. What you’ll bring: Experience supporting a management team and leading within a customer-facing environment. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential. The successful candidate should have the flexibility to work at least one day over the weekend.
