Position Purpose Ozone Services Group is seeking Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendants to work with one of our partnership hotels in Hunter Valley, NSW. Part-time and Casual positions are available and will require work on both weekend days. Key Responsibilities Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements. Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors. Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies. Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Perform general cleaning tasks, including toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and dusting. Clean guest rooms, including stripping and making beds. Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements. Previous cleaning experience will be highly regarded. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous. Ability to work unsupervised and be well organized. Well-presented with a professional approach. Police check, or willingness to have one. You must have work rights within Australia.
