Join the passionate team at Explorers Learning Academy as the Centre Director. In this pivotal role, you will lead and guide the centre to deliver exceptional early childhood education and care. Overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, you will ensure the safety, wellbeing and holistic development of the children in your care. This is a full-time position based in Bardia, NSW. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, inspirational leadership to your dedicated team of early childhood educators Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Manage all operational aspects of the centre, including budget, compliance, policies and procedures Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community Ensure the centre meets or exceeds all regulatory and quality standards Mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture Champion best practice in early childhood education and care What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role in early childhood Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework for early childhood services Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children We offer: On-site parking at some of our locations• Supportive Management Team and Mentoring• Ongoing Professional Development Opportunities• A 15% Gap Fee discount on Child care fees up to a mximum of $30 per day• Generous Uniform Quotas• Flexible working hours available• Fun Staff Environment and Team Building Opportunities You will also be required to: Report directly to the General Manager If you are a fun, approachable leader who inspires our team, takes pride in the environment and the team but asks for assistance when you need it then we want to chat with you.
