Join the passionate team at Explorers Learning Academy as the Centre Director. In this pivotal role, you will lead and guide the centre to deliver exceptional early childhood education and care. Overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, you will ensure the safety, wellbeing and holistic development of the children in your care. This is a full-time position based in Bardia, NSW. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, inspirational leadership to your dedicated team of early childhood educators Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Manage all operational aspects of the centre, including budget, compliance, policies and procedures Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community Ensure the centre meets or exceeds all regulatory and quality standards Mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture Champion best practice in early childhood education and care What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role in early childhood Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework for early childhood services Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives About Us Explorers Learning Academy is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services.
