Are you passionate about creating vibrant community spaces? We’re looking for a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our team at Stockland Forster Shopping Centre. In this role, you’ll play a key part in fostering a welcoming environment for our shoppers and tenants alike. Your efforts will help drive the team and Centre’s success, ensuring it remains a beloved hub for the local community. Your Role As our Centre Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team, guiding them to deliver exceptional service and experiences. You’ll be at the heart of our community, working closely with local businesses and stakeholders to enhance the Centre’s offerings. Aligning functions and activities of leasing, SConnect, Marketing, Operation, Portfolio Management, Placemaking and Project Management, you will deliver and achieve the strategic asset business plan and financial performance. Some of your duties will include: Asset Performance Drive asset net profit by maximising all revenue opportunities. Provide accurate forecast monthly. Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets. Operational Management Oversee capital works projects. Implement all Risk Action Plan recommendations within the agreed timeframes. Ensure all Operational Risk processes are properly implemented within the area of responsibility. Innovation and Business Development Identify/Lead/Own organisational improvement initiatives. Conduct end of project/process review to identify strengths and areas of improvement. Enable cross-functional collaboration that connects people to enable efficiencies. About You You will have extensive experience in centre management as well as managing a team. Proven track record of achieving results through influencing stakeholders. You will contribute your project management and financial management skills to the Centre Manager role. Something else we are looking for: Appropriate tertiary qualifications Real Estate Licence is preferred Good financial analysis and reporting skills Strong client service focus, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
