We offer: Up to 95% staff discount on childcare fees Support and mentoring from highly engaged Area Managers Team building and staff development events through the year The exciting opportunity to be involved with an expanding company Comprehensive induction to Buttercups centres and leadership team to prepare you for success The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced leader for the exciting and challenging role of leading a new centre in the Perth far north suburbs. Duties include: Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to your team Ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards Build positive and collaborative partnerships with families and the community Participate in the set-up, organisation and staff recruitment of a new centre Oversee daily operations of the centre Ensure compliance is maintained at the highest standards Promote children’s well-being and provide a safe and secure environment for children and families Create a workplace environment that is fun, supportive and welcoming for staff What you’ll bring: Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Previous experience in a Centre Manager or 2IC role with proven leadership and operational expertise. A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations is essential. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Knowledge of CCS compliance and experience in navigating CCS software (Xplor and OWNA highly regarded). Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
