Your Ideal Background: 10+ years in Early childhood within a multi-site manager role. Experience in supporting centres through overall exceeding rating during the assessment and rating process. Experience in driving operational excellence to the choice with the community. Strategic planning experience across multi-site. Coaching and mentoring Centre Leadership teams to become inspiring leaders of the company. Your key responsibilities: Establishing and nurturing relationships with each unique centre and their team. Co-ordination of the support functions to assist each centre in achieving their vision and provide an exceeding service. Centre Leadership Team performance, management, and development is key to your success! Using data analytics to drive strategic and operational decisions striving for continuous improvement.
