About the Role We are seeking a Change Analyst to provide change management support for a number of our clients and ensuring that project and delivery teams understand the change management approach, and the benefits it delivers for their people. Competitive Rates and Flexibility - A well-structured contract offering strong market rates. Responsibilities 3+ years as a Change Analyst in the Financial Services Industry. Experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating the business and its people to embrace change. Experience supporting the introduction of change, including particularly complex change initiatives. Demonstrable hands-on approach when executing change strategies and deliverables. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change using collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills whilst engaging professionally across all levels of audiences. Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proven experience as a Change Analyst, assessing business impacts and training needs. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to different audiences.
