This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Iconic utilities provider looking for a Change Lead with strategic change leadership experience to work on different IT and business activities. Our client is a great South Australian State Government utilities provider, and they are on the hunt for a short-term Change Lead to work on the strategic change initiatives. 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week. Adelaide CBD location. Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week. $90 to $130 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise in UX/UI Design experience in large corporations. National police check required. Key Accountabilities Develop, coordinate, and implement change management program across relevant business projects and improvement initiatives. Coach, influence and work with designated initiative owners and their teams to help them to understand what change is required, how it needs to be implemented and when it needs to be done to align with defined initiative delivery milestones. Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the change program and review high-level deliverables. Act as a conduit for impacted teams in your area. Sustain good working relationships to support a change network across the business. Engage with staff and develop communication plans to support program and project delivery. Key Stakeholder Engagements Senior Management Team, People leaders and their teams. Project/initiative leads and teams. Stakeholders across the business- in particular those impacted by (or who influence) the change. Stakeholders that support the implementation of change. Skills Requirements Appropriate change management qualifications or equivalent professional experience. Experience with a range of methodologies including PROSCI, Lean, HCD, Agile. Experience with change management, process, system and business implementations. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. An excellent understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Superior influencing, liaison, and negotiation skills in potentially complex situations. Demonstrated experience delivering benefits realization. Special Conditions Flexible hours and some after hours as required.
