If this excites you and you have the right skills, experience and mindset, we have the job for you. We are currently recruiting for a Change Communication Specialist in our Future Networks team. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint throughout NSW. The Change Communication Specialist is a storyteller and creative in both written and digital forms, passionate about supporting our Future Networks Program and business change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain Future Networks program channels and content to support project and business as usual delivery teams. Align to Corporate and program-level messaging and identity; and, maximise awareness of projects within the organisation. Ensure events align with broader business events, key messages, and communication materials. Ensure consistency across the program and projects against the Future Networks Communications Strategy while you create, implement and maintain integrated communications plans and toolkits. Develop and advise on communication toolkits and essential deliverables, including change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training material, and targeted communication collateral. Using your panache for change and communication, influence clients, stakeholders, and colleagues on change management and communications activities to support program and project delivery. About You To be successful as the Communication Change Specialist, you will have: Experience and understanding of communication frameworks and channels (including demonstrated competencies working with online and digital channels - such as SharePoint Online, the Office 365 suite, Content Management Systems, digital copy and/or content tools). Product development and/or strategic communications experience, with skills in change/communications implementation plans for dynamic and geographically dispersed organisations using mixed approaches and mediums (e.g., copy, graphics, animation, and/or video). A mindset willing to support people to learn and grow in a rapidly changing industry, converting technical content into language to enable education - from a strategic perspective to the everyday employee and/or customer. Knowledge of change management and/or psychological principles, methods, and engagement tools to effectively coordinate and work with various stakeholders. Required Qualifications Diploma in Business, Communication, Change Management, Human Resources or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications. Desirable Experience creating or editing with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or concept creation tools such as 2D and 3D sketching, CAD drawing, 3D printing, or design management. Experience conceptualising a product to solve a problem, improve a process, create a prototype, or test a concept, or oversee a manufacturing process. Micro-qualifications in Change or Communications management certification/experience.
