Change Director Risk and Regulatory Delivery Sydney, NSW, Australia Job Description Role – Change Director, Risk & Regulatory Delivery - 57109 Permanent Location: Sydney Seeking a passionate Change Professional to lead a high performing team An opportunity to help deliver complex change in a dynamic transformation team Lead a team to help shape strong customer, banker and business outcomes Reporting directly into our Head of Banker and Customer Experience, your role will be critical in leading the Risk & Regulatory Delivery Change Team within Chief Operating Office in the Business & Wealth Division. You will be accountable for effective change delivery and leadership of change professionals across this portfolio. How will I help? Lead a team of 10 change practitioners to deliver committed Risk and Regulatory change deliverables, on time, on budget and in a quality way. Manage a portfolio of change initiatives and support strong stakeholder engagement, including advising delivery leads, Product Owners and other key stakeholders, as well as change managers including scope definition, change impacts, resource plan and scheduling aspects. Facilitate engagement between key senior stakeholders across the project delivery, distribution and operations teams to understand the change environment and ensure proposed changes are aligned to business strategy, integrated seamlessly and scheduled optimally. Leverage the change chapter to ensure the work is executed in line with change standards, frameworks and best practices. Lead and coach a change management team of high performing individuals. What do I need? Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams. Expert level practitioner of Change Management. Advanced knowledge of industry frameworks (Agile) and professional standards. Demonstrated advanced ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts. Understanding of user experience and end to end customer journeys would be highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to guide and influence decision making at GM1/GM2 level. Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities. Skilled ability to work in a dynamic leadership team, contributing to the overall goals of the Banker & Customer Experience team. What’s it like to work there?
