You can learn more about us here: About role: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support organizational change management (OCM) efforts for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) remediation project. This part-time (3 days per week) role is ideal for a professional passionate about driving user adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the improved AEM environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a structured change management strategy to support AEM remediation, ensuring minimal resistance and maximum adoption. Identify key stakeholders, assess their impact, and develop tailored engagement plans to drive alignment and buy-in. Design and deliver effective communication strategies and training programs for content authors, marketers, and technical teams using AEM. Analyse how AEM remediation changes affect teams, workflows, and business processes, ensuring readiness. Implement strategies to facilitate smooth user adoption of the improved AEM platform. Establish and support an AEM Champion network to foster knowledge sharing and ongoing user support. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine change approaches and enhance project success. Work closely with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and leadership to align technical changes with business needs. Ensure AEM remediation aligns with organizational policies, content governance, and compliance standards. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in digital transformation or CMS/AEM-related projects. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotters Change Model). Experience in content management, marketing workflows, and digital experience platforms (DXP) is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and execute training and enablement plans for AEM users. Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content publishing workflows, and digital asset management (DAM). Experience in organizational change management (OCM) for enterprise IT projects. Certifications in Prosci, Change Management Institute (CMI), or related fields are highly beneficial.
