About the Role As a Journey Expert within the newly built ANZ Plus, Change Management function, you will partner with our value streams to identify, optimise and implement innovative solutions as we reimagine our customer propositions and services. Role Type: PermanentRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: Full time What will your day look like? This is a new role, so no two days will look the same. There are massive opportunities to grow and stretch your skills and career as you’ll be a founding member of the change team. Change assessment, process mapping, analysis, development and implementation across business, technology, internal and external customer change. Architect, write and execute comms plans. Support learning and coach teams through change in the most effective and customer centric way possible. Respectfully challenging the status quo and always considering the customer experience first. Champion a balance between customer needs, stakeholder and business wants and regulatory or policy requirements. What will you bring? ANZ Plus has a start-up vibe, so we’re looking for an experienced change analyst or manager from a technology environment who is not afraid to try new things and pivot in a dynamic, iterative environment. Expertise in business and technology change, including developing and delivering change plans and comms. Human Centred Design | Lean | Agile ways of working. You’re a data driven decision maker with a test and learn approach. Knowledge in financial services and or banking highly regarded. You understand the importance of regulations and compliance. The ability to step out of your comfort zone and communicate with various levels of stakeholders when required.
