Job Description

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Key and newly established government agency looking to bring an IT Change Manager with experience in Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) projects. Our client is a newly established government agency, and they are looking for 1 x Change Manager who likes to be a hands-on Analyst starting ASAP until 30/12/2025 to help them deliver on electronic records management systems transition activities. Anticipated duration initially 11 months (Feb - Dec 2025) with the possibility of extensions as the EDRMS project will continue through the next calendar year. 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week. Adelaide CBD location. Adelaide-based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week. $90 to $130 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise in Change Management and EDRMS relevant project experience. State Government Agencies Award 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation. National police check required. EDRMS & Workflow Change Manager / Analyst Work as the primary resource in a small team alongside part-time PM and Records Management Specialist (+ vendor resources) to effect a staggered rollout and adoption of Objective Nexus (cloud) EDRMS to discrete, diverse business units. Key responsibilities include: Stakeholder engagement and communication. Relevant metric design and tracking. Training facilitation / operational confidence building before and after rollout (noting actual RM system administration to be undertaken by the RM Specialist). Documentation of relevant business processes and matching to standard platform functionality (which may include limited-to-moderate process reengineering). Determination of record migration requirements and significantly assist with any mapping/transition implementation efforts. Collaboration with wider IT team members to align RM transition with broader Digital Transformation / strategic service model changes. Design, document, and implement specific workflow patterns consistent with architectural strategy and business needs, to help manage information flow and task prioritization for critical processes - especially those related to intra and inter-agency correspondence/approvals - by pragmatically leveraging existing and emergent technical capability across native EDRMS functionality; SaaS-packaged generic workflow add-ons; and/or in-place functionality within a Microsoft 365 / SharePoint 365 dominant environment. Key Capabilities / Attributes: Senior experience across a combination of Business Analyst / Change Manager roles. Familiarity and confidence with general records management systems and concepts is highly desirable. Experience delivering successful change projects involving workflow automation / efficiency technology is highly desirable. Great communication and collaboration skills. Hands-on focus and willingness to be the primary output producer for the project. Ability to thrive in circumstances of change fatigue and resistance, and with limited structural guidance (e.g., without support of a traditional PMO approach, comprehensive templates, mature strategic frameworks, etc.). Success across both roles looks like: successive end user cohorts being provided genuine EDRMS technological capability (the ability to be RM compliant, without disproportionate administrative burden; plus functional and efficient mechanisms to manage (organize and retrieve) their information within/between available systems). Further to that technical capability, success involves observing and operationalizing a net increase in actual compliant behaviors/processes in areas meaningful to the associated overall risk profile for this domain. How to Apply: For a confidential discussion and further information, please apply with your MS Word copy of your resume via the link provided or email your CV to quoting job number 242613. Thank you. Kevin Gonzalez (IT Business Analysis Talent Specialist) based in the Adelaide office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
