Bring your employee benefits transformational change delivery experience 12-month fixed term opportunity Have a key impact in a high priority program for our colleagues globally In this Program Manager, Benefits Simplification role, you will: Design and deliver an integrated change management strategy and plans across multiple streams of the work program Drive impactful, human-centred change with a hands-on approach Identify and execute fit-for-purpose change interventions and agility for change in a dynamic environment Enable positive change experience in an environment impacted by varying levels of commitment to change, change fatigue and potential resistance to change Develop and deliver Transition to BAU plans ensuring change is effectively embedded, success metrics are defined What you’ll bring: Proven organisational change management experience gained in a stream or program leadership roles on a range of medium – key transformational programs. Preferred experience in deploying cultural, experience and services based change in a large corporate. Experience in change management methodologies. Superior communication, delivery and influencing skills. You are a natural leader and influencer comfortable in a highly matrix environment.
